　　compare to the traditional sand casting, we are equipmented with the vacuum casting also. the vacuum casting called "V casting " for short. the casting parts is 2-4 mm thinner than the traditional sand casting parts. and we techniquelly used the add rib accordingly to avoid the transform and increase the mould life. this technique improve the parts density and decrease the sandholes and defects.
